Responsibilities
- Maintain system maintenance, which include backup of server and controllers, troubleshooting and fixing the faulty server & controller.
- Performing periodical Backup, Restoration, and using recovery software.
- Basic knowledge Linux, SQL Server and MS Access databases.
- Maintain network switches & routers and Includes configuration.
- Managing Users, Privileges and Roles.
- Maintain cybersecurity standards, procedures, configurations for the systems and services.
- Monitor and notify security patches releases for the various products.
- Attend security incident response that includes understanding alerts, coordination with various system or service operators, identifying potential threats and performing basic triaging prior to escalation to next level security responder.
- Managing all maintenance breakdown and ensure all faults are attended.
- Supervise onsite installations, testing and commissioning.
- Conduct routine inspection of the premises.
- Site meeting and liaising client.
Requirements
- Relevant University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 3 years’ experience or relevant Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 6 years’ experience
- Class 2 or 3 license holder will be advantage
