• Taking responsibility for own areas of responsibility and active contribution of new ideas
• Support in the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support in the planning, organization, and implementation of personnel development measures
• Participation in the development and support of training and further education offers
• Creation and maintenance of presentations, evaluations, and statistics
• Documentation of development measures
• Participation in special projects and current HR topics

Requirements

Requirement:

• Ongoing studies in the field of Psychology, Business or Social Sciences, or comparable
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and enjoyment in familiarizing oneself with new topics, digital technologies, and AI applications
• Strong communication and social skills as well as a structured way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Good Office skills
• Good English skills
