Representation of strategic purchasing in development and customer projects (sub-project management) Description

• Representation of strategic purchasing in development and customer projects (sub-project management)
• Coordination of purchasing-specific activities arising from the projects
• Representation of purchasing within the framework of international partner projects (Joint Venture)
• Identification of cost reduction potentials in the early phase of development and customer projects
• Collaboration on value analysis, cost reduction, localization, and Make-or-Buy projects (international)
• Implementation of project tasks within the line organization
• Coordination of internal purchasing processes from inquiry to parts provision

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration; technician with relevant professional experience
• Experience in project management
• Experience in strategic purchasing is an advantage
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as SAP
• Independent, analytical, and structured way of working
• Confident appearance and presentation skills
• Teamwork skills and flexibility regarding the assigned projects and tasks
• High degree of independence and problem-solving skills
• Willingness for worldwide travel
• Consistent pursuit of goals and assertiveness
• Goal-oriented implementation of complex tasks and effective use of resources
