• Independent, leading support of qualifications for accessory parts
• Creation and maintenance of technical delivery conditions, data sheets, as well as testing or qualification plans for accessories and spare parts
• Review of customer requirements and ensuring continuity in the supply chain and within HK
• Technical contract review regarding feasibility with respect to Q-risks and their minimization
• Support with complaints regarding accessory scopes
• Coordination and execution of sampling for accessory parts
• Support in the execution of internal audits and supplier audits according to VDA 6.3 standard
• Participation in FMEAs regarding accessory scopes

Requirements

Requirement:

• Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training as an Industriemechaniker (m/f/d) as well as further training as a Techniker (m/f/d) or Meister (m/f/d); alternatively a degree in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, etc.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the area of quality pre-planning
• Sound technical knowledge both in the product portfolio and in handling technical requirements and documents (e.g., drawings, specifications, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of the normative requirements of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110 & 2131, VDA2, VDA6.3, EN 9100
• Confident handling of SAP and common Office programs as well as CAQ software/modules
• Confident appearance towards authorities and customers
• Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
• A high degree of customer orientation and willingness to travel (30-40%)
• High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
