• Responsible planning, execution, and monitoring of project-related software quality assurance tasks, especially:
• Definition and review of project-specific SW PA plans and PA requirements
• Support in the creation and publication of technical documentation (software metrics, software verification and validation)
• Execution of development, implementation, and verification control, test support, and delivery inspections
• Analysis of quality issues, development and implementation of solutions with corresponding documentation
• Measurement and evaluation of process weaknesses, definition and implementation of improvements

Requirements

Requirements

• Engineering degree with several years of professional experience in software development and/or in the product and quality assurance environment
• Detailed knowledge of the principles and methods of quality assurance for space products.
• Knowledge of the software standards used in the space industry (ECSS, MIL, especially ECSS-Q-ST-80 SW Assurance)
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, pragmatism, flexibility
• Teamwork skills, good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English skills – good German skills would be a significant advantage.
