• Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and commissioning at national and international customer sites
• Diagnosis and rectification of complex technical faults on CNC machine tools
• Analysis and identification of error sources in the areas of mechanics, electronics, and control technology
• Close cooperation with local service technicians as well as technical consulting for customers regarding long-term machine availability
• Documentation of the work performed and passing on optimization suggestions to internal departments

Requirements

Requirement:

• Technical training as a Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Industrieelektroniker or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the field of CNC lathes
• Experience in the maintenance, repair, or service of lathes or comparable CNC machine tools
• Willingness to travel worldwide as well as openness and flexibility for international assignments
• English skills to communicate securely with international customers and teams
• Strong service orientation and problem-solving competence – enjoyment in working through complex technical challenges and finding customer-oriented solutions
