• Comprehensive support for defined business areas
• Advising managers on all personnel and collective bargaining matters as well as labor law topics
• Participation in HR management projects
• Preparation and implementation of personnel measures – hiring, transfers, departures, salary changes, taking into account collective, operational, and legal regulations
• Execution of the personnel selection process – pre-selection, invitation, conduct, and follow-up of interviews
• Creation / processing of employment contracts and applications
• Creation of job advertisements
• Constructive and trusting cooperation with the Betriebsrat

Requirements

Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training; ideally with further qualification or a degree in the field of Betriebswirtschaft
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial company with an ERA-Tarifvertrag
• Good SAP and Office skills
• Good knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law, and social security law
• Good English skills
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
