• Creation, updating, and supplementation of QM-relevant documents
• Tracking and evaluation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Creation and maintenance of FMEA
• Management of the Change Management system
• Processing of QM-specific customer inquiries
• Training of employees on quality management topics
• Participation in the systematic further development of the quality management system
• Review and approval of quality documentation
• Execution and support of customer audits
• Execution and support of audits by Notified Bodies and authorities
• Processing and monitoring of audit findings

Requirements

Requirements:

• Completed degree or comparable training in quality management or medical technology
• Professional experience and industry knowledge in medical technology
• Good technical understanding
• Good English skills
• Communication and teamwork skills, high commitment and assertiveness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements DIN ISO 13485 and 820 CFR
