Description

• Processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery while ensuring contract fulfillment
• Processing of customer inquiries and contract review during the acquisition phase
• Support of our customers regarding contract changes (Change Management) and complaints (Claim Management) including documentation
• This includes the creation of decision templates and recommendations for action, as well as the initiation of commercial corrective measures and ensuring their implementation
• Holistic support of customers, including during visits; conducting negotiations with customers
• Controlling of receivables and risk management towards customers
• Motivation for the further development of processes and systems in Commercial Management

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or training in the commercial field
• Product knowledge desirable
• Good knowledge of IPAS, SAP and MS Office
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, entrepreneurial and result-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team
