• Responsible for all purchasing and warehouse-related topics in the company.
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of employees in purchasing and the warehouse.
• Development and implementation of purchasing strategies.
• Constant analysis and realization of savings potential.
• Continuous further development and optimization of procurement processes.
• Identification of new suppliers and development of reliable and sustainable supply chains.
• Negotiation of supplier agreements and framework agreements.
• Support in complaint processing.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in strategic and operative purchasing, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Strong leadership experience and competence in team management
• Very good negotiation and communication skills, also in English
• Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications
