• You will actively support the further development of our management system and implement quality requirements and processes – in doing so, you will be the competent contact person for all quality-related topics.
• You will accompany internal and external audits, identify needs for action, and purposefully follow up on the implementation of derived measures.
• Through your analytical approach, you will evaluate quality KPIs, support root cause analyses, and contribute to the identification and implementation of improvement and risk minimization measures.
• In close cooperation with the Quality Manager, you will participate in strategic projects and contribute to sustainably strengthening quality competence within the company through training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree and have already gained initial practical experience (1–3 years) in quality management.
• You possess knowledge of common quality standards such as ISO 9001, EN 9100, or AQAP, as well as initial practical experience in audits and in the application of established problem-solving and continuous improvement methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, or Lean Six Sigma).
• Your very good English skills as well as your strong communication skills enable you to have a confident exchange with international contact persons; German language skills are an advantage.
• Through your structured and independent way of working, you drive topics forward on your own initiative and show motivation to actively improve quality processes.
• Initial experience in regulated industries such as Defense or Aerospace ideally rounds off your profile.
