- Development and implementation of innovative energy concepts
- Planning and management of internal energy projects and specialist groups from conception to implementation
- Creation of key performance indicator maintenance and reporting in accordance with ISO 50001
- Identification and implementation of energy saving measures, efficiency measures, and investment decisions from an energy perspective in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Preparation, implementation, and support of internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 50001) including documentation and follow-up of measures
- Implementation of energetic assessments, monitoring of energy key figures, and derivation of optimization measures
- Integration of sustainability into processes as well as raising awareness among employees through training and campaigns
- Support for the Sustainability Department Management and coordination of cross-departmental energy and climate initiatives
Requirements
Requirement:
- Successfully completed university degree in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, or Energiemanagement – alternatively a comparable qualification with relevant further training
- Ideally with additional qualification as an internal energy auditor (ISO 50001 or DIN EN 16247) for the independent conduct of audits
- Sound experience in the establishment, maintenance, and further development of energy management systems according to ISO 50001
- Experience in the field of energy planning and control in an industrial company
- Experience in project management, preferably cross-departmental energy efficiency projects in an industrial environment, as well as the ability to plan, manage, and complete projects in a structured and timely manner
- Good written and spoken English skills
