DISPATCHER (DISPEČER) M/F

We are looking for a dispatcher for the organization of international road transport. The workplace is in the office and there is no possibility of working from home / remote work. The dispatcher is responsible for the daily organization and monitoring of truck operations – from finding loads and arranging transport to tracking deliveries. Job Description

• finding loads and transport orders via the TIMOCOM platform
• communication and arranging transport with clients and business partners
• organization and route planning
• daily communication with drivers
• communication with loading and unloading sites
• tracking trucks via navigation systems
• monitoring loading and unloading deadlines
• resolving daily situations and problems during transport
• control and monitoring of transport documentation What do we expect? Candidates with previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transport, or forwarding have an advantage. It is mandatory:
• active knowledge of the English language
• good computer skills
• good proficiency with digital tools, programs, and technology
• organization, responsibility, and communication skills
• ability to react quickly and solve problems
• Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage. What do we offer?
