SALES EXECUTIVE

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and coordinate client requirements. Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, sales orders, and related documents. Prepare and organize sales documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on sales and order requirements. Monitor sales orders, deliveries, billings, and collections, and provide timely status updates. Prepare quotations and follow up on pending proposals and customer requirements. Monitor sales activities and maintain updated sales records and reports. Coordinate with concerned departments on product availability and inventory requirements. Ensure proper processing and documentation of sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Assist in addressing customer concerns and following up on pending sales-related matters. Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of customer and sales records. Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Experience in sales administration and roofing industry is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills. Can oversee a sales outlet and able to do field work.
