We are hiring Quality Management System (QMS) Staff !
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, update, and save standard operating procedures, manuals, and forms.
- Inspect work processes to make sure departments follow company standards and ISO rules.
- Track customer complaints and internal errors to find root causes and fix them.
- Collect performance reports to check if products or services meet quality goals.
- Help train employees on quality standards and proper work procedures.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to those stated above.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; QA/QC or QMS experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and process documentation
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to coordinate across departments
