We are hiring Backhoe Operator !
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely drive and use the backhoe for digging, grading, trenching, and loading materials.
- Do daily safety checks on oil, fuel, hydraulics, and tires before and after work.
- Work closely with site supervisors to dig according to project depth and boundaries.
- Spot underground utilities, follow safety rules, and avoid hazards on busy work sites.
- Clean the machine, report mechanical issues, and perform light maintenance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Level/Graduate
- With proven experience operating a backhoe or heavy equipment
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator's License/Certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of equipment safety and proper operating procedures
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious
