For our franchise store ΔΕΗ myStore in Heraklion, Crete, we are looking for an active professional who wants to evolve in the transforming energy sector and offer a top-tier service experience.

How you will contribute to our team:

• You will be the first point of contact for store visitors, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
• You will analyze the needs of individuals and professionals, proposing the most suitable electricity, natural gas, and new technological solution packages.
• You will guide customers through the management of their contracts and requests with speed and efficiency. You will actively strengthen the commercial presence of the store, building relationships of trust with the public.

Required Qualifications:

• Desirable and will be particularly appreciated: Previous experience in service or sales roles (ideally in the energy, technology retail, or telecommunications sectors).
• Education: Secondary Education degree (AEI/TEI/IEK degree will be appreciated).
• Digital Skills: Comfort in using computers, MS Office applications, and CRM systems.
• Languages: Good knowledge of English.
• Flexibility: Ability to work on a rotating schedule.
