Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Trading Card Game (TCG) products, accessories, and related merchandise.
- Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations, memberships, event sign-ups, and general inquiries.
- Build strong rapport with customers and the TCG community by sharing insights on decks, new releases, and product availability.
- Support store operations, including tournaments, events, and roadshows.
- Follow up on customer orders, reservations, and loyalty programmes.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong product knowledge and effective selling skills.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Levels; at least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred
- (Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs are welcome to apply)
- Passionate about Trading Card Games such as Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve sales targets
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
