We’re looking for an Environmental Specialist to support the development of strategic energy plans across Great Britain.

You’ll provide environmental expertise across areas including environmental assessment, constraints, risks and opportunities, helping ensure environmental considerations are embedded into major energy planning decisions.

We’re open to candidates from a range of environmental backgrounds, particularly those with an environmental or related degree and experience in roles such as:

• Environmental Consultant
• Environmental Advisor / Specialist
• Environmental Planner
• Environmental Assessment Specialist
• Sustainability / Environmental Manager
• Planning & Environmental Consultant

Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure or local government would be beneficial, but sector background is flexible.

You’ll need strong knowledge of environmental assessment and policy, excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to translate complex environmental information into clear recommendations.
