Requirements

Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Interest in recruitment and employer branding

Nice to have: Canva or content creation skills, ATS or social media familiarity

Responsibilities

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and university networks

Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews

Keep candidate data updated in the ATS and post job ads

Support candidate communication and recruitment events

Track engagement and recruitment metrics, and report on them
