Registered Nurse – Primary Care & Occupational Health

Predominantly clinic/office hours with no rotating hospital ward shifts. MyHealth Medical Centre is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our primary care and occupational health team. This is a hands-on outpatient role for a nurse who enjoys direct patient care, working closely with doctors, and taking an active role in clinic operations, preventive health and corporate medical services. Key Responsibilities Perform venepuncture and blood collection independently

Provide wound assessment, wound cleaning and dressing

Administer vaccinations and injections as prescribed

Perform ECGs, vital signs and basic clinical assessments

Assist doctors with minor procedures and treatments

Support chronic disease management and patient follow-up

Assist with Healthier SG, preventive health and vaccination programmes

Support pre-employment, work permit and occupational health medical examinations

Participate in corporate health screenings conducted in-clinic and at company sites

Assist with audiometry, spirometry and other occupational health investigations where trained

Coordinate laboratory specimens, investigations and follow-up of abnormal results

Maintain treatment rooms, clinical equipment, emergency supplies and vaccine cold-chain records

Support infection-control, clinical documentation, SOPs and audit preparation

Work closely with doctors and clinic assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations and a good patient experience

Requirements Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

Valid SNB Practising Certificate

Confident and competent in venepuncture

Competent in wound care and dressing

Able to administer vaccinations and injections safely

Able to perform ECG and routine vital-sign assessment

Good understanding of infection control and patient safety

Able to work independently and escalate clinical concerns appropriately

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of clinical workflows

Comfortable working with patients from a wide range of backgrounds, including corporate and industrial workers

Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic management systems

Relevant Experience Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: Primary care / General Practice

Outpatient or specialist clinics

Polyclinics

Emergency Department

Occupational health

Corporate health screening

Community nursing

Surgical clinics

Chronic disease management

Vaccination services

Wound care

Occupational health experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for suitable candidates interested in developing skills in occupational health, corporate health screening, audiometry, spirometry and related services.
