Robot & Automation Manager

Your tasks

** Key Responsibilities -Site Survey & Solution Design: Conduct on-site visits to assess requirements, collect technical data, design layouts and systems, and select appropriate peripheral equipment such as Conveyor, Safety Sensor, Carton Erector / Sealer, or End-of-Arm Tooling to suit the customer's needs. -Vendor & Proposal Support: Coordinate with international manufacturers/suppliers and domestic Vendors to gather information, prepare specifications, and calculate costs to issue quotations for the Sales Team. -Demo & POC Management: Plan, present, and coordinate the deployment of Robots/Cobot for on-site testing (Proof of Concept / On-site Testing) with customers. -Training & Implementation: Plan and organize systematic Technical Training for customers and end-users. -Customer Support & After-Sales: Receive, follow up, and coordinate Troubleshooting to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics & Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Cobot/Robot System Integrator (SI), or production line system design (experience at a management/supervisor level will be given special consideration).
3. Ability to read/write Layout designs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or 3D CAD) proficiently.
4. Knowledge and understanding of Automation system structures, Conveyor, Packaging Machine, and Safety Devices.
5. Understanding of Demo / POC testing processes and Cobot applications in industry.
6. Good English skills; able to communicate, email, and conduct technical meetings with international suppliers.
7. Other skills: Leadership skills to manage a team for maximum efficiency; initiative in planning and self-development to keep pace with technology; ability to solve immediate problems and manage time well; must have a private car and be able to travel for on-site work in Bangkok and its vicinity.

Must have a car for traveling to meet customers (Car maintenance allowance 3,000/month, car insurance not exceeding 12,000/year, and fuel/toll expenses reimbursed based on actual costs)
