Your tasks

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide strategic and instructional leadership across the school.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to promote professional growth.

Ensure effective implementation of the British Curriculum.

Drive academic excellence and improve pupil achievement.

Champion educational innovation and the integration of technology into teaching and learning.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Education or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a school leadership role.

Sound knowledge and practical experience with the British Curriculum.

Strong proficiency in digital technology for teaching, learning, and school administration.

Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and people management skills.

Proven ability to improve teaching quality, pupil performance, and staff effectiveness.

TRCN registration and relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
