KOL Activation

• Plan KOL Collaborations based on the project and request input from other departments (list
• potential KOLs and budgeting).
• Create draft agreements and draft detailed collaborations.
• Communicate with KOLs(starting from the approach, briefing on SOW, requesting content, to
• asking for reports and results).
• Ensure KOLs achieve the goals and targets of the collaboration.
• Generate reports and conduct analysis.
• Communicate with third parties(such as alternative media or other brands) for branding needs.

Event Activation

• Help HOU for Event Planning and Preparation
• Event Execution
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partnersto ensure smooth execution.
• Support the event manager in managing event budgets and expenses.
