Sales Associate / Promoter

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process. Attend to walk-in customers on queries, purchases, or any assistance needed Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions. Give product knowledge to existing and potential customers. Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times, interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right product and service. Carry out daily cleaning and ensure products are well merchandised Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas according to myFirst marketing strategies. Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields. Have friendly and upbeat personality. Enjoy retail environment and comfortable to work on weekends and Public Holiday. Willing to work 6 days a week.
