Welcome guests warmly, guide them to tables, and present menus. Accurately record food and beverage selections, offer recommendations, and answer menu questions. Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to tables in a timely manner. Check in with diners during meals to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or complaints. Issue bills, verify accuracy, and process cash or card transactions.

Qualifications/Requirements: Clear speaking and listening skills to take accurate orders and talk with guests. A friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude to ensure guest satisfaction. The ability to stand or walk for long hours and carry heavy food trays. Capability to manage multiple tables and work well under pressure in busy environments.
