Tasks

• As Team Leader Purchasing (m/f/d), you will take on the functional leadership of the purchasing team and support the further development of purchasing processes
• You will manage the operational purchasing of technical production materials and ensure timely material supply
• Furthermore, you will conduct price and contract negotiations and further develop national as well as international supplier relationships
• You will monitor delivery dates, optimize stocks, and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Additionally, you will work closely with production, design, and sales and analyze relevant purchasing KPIs

Qualifications

• You have completed training as an Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Technischer Produktdesigner (m/f/d), Fachkaufmann Einkauf und Logistik (m/f/d) or have a comparable technical or commercial qualification such as a degree
• Ideally, you bring professional experience as a Technischer Einkäufer (m/f/d), Strategischer Einkäufer (m/f/d), Operativer Einkäufer (m/f/d) or Teamleiter Einkauf (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in the technical purchasing of a manufacturing company as well as a strong technical understanding are required
• Additionally, you bring negotiation skills, good ERP and MS-Office knowledge as well as good English skills
• Important are a structured and solution-oriented way of working, a hands-on mentality as well as enjoyment in working with and functionally leading a team
