We are growing our team and looking for *experienced Residential HVAC Install Technicians* to join us in a *full-time, year-round, permanent position*.

Your Responsibilities

As a Residential Install Technician, you will:

• Install *residential furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment*
• Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Explain the proper operation, care, and maintenance of newly installed equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service in the customer's home
• Collect customer payments on site when required
• Complete work orders, paperwork, and required documentation accurately
• Submit required paperwork daily according to company policy
• Represent *My Fireplace* in a professional, courteous, and customer-service-focused manner
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

*Required qualifications:*

• *2 years of residential HVAC installation experience*
• Experience installing residential *furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment*
• Valid *G2 Gas Technician and/or 313D licence*
• Valid *Ontario Driver?s Licence*
• Acceptable driver?s abstract
• Working at Heights training
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
