FULL-TIME ENGLISH TEACHER & COORDINATOR

My English Class (MEC) is looking for an experienced English teacher who is ready to grow beyond classroom teaching.

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Female, 21 - 29 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Good English communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and organized
• Able to manage tasks independently
• Able to follow SOPs and complete tasks on time
• Good communication, leadership & coordination skills
• Adaptable and comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond teaching
• Mature, professional, and team-oriented
• Neat, well-groomed, and presentable

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Teach English in a fun and engaging way
• Follow and complete teaching & operational SOPs
• Coordinate and support part-time teachers
• Arrange teaching schedules
• Support teacher evaluation and development
• Work closely with the team
• Support MEC events and activities
