About the Role
MyChiroCare is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant.
You will play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience for our patients, while supporting the chiropractors and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Manage patient flow and appointments
- Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions
- Assist the chiropractors with day-to-day clinic operations
- Prepare and ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Responsible, proactive and takes initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- No experience required — full training will be provided
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or clinic settings is a plus
