Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and oversee daily operational processes and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. Manage operational budgets, allocate resources effectively, reduce overhead costs, and optimize supply chain or material logistics. Continuously analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean or automated solutions to streamline performance. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate operational staff; foster a productive work environment, manage hiring, and oversee training programs. Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure company policies, health and safety.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of HND. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
