About the Position

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Field Technician to join our technical team.

This is a hands-on position combining office-based IT support with field work at customer locations. The technician will participate in installations, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects

Provide technical support for computers, laptops, networks, servers, and other IT equipment.

Visit customer sites for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Install and configure CCTV and security systems .

Install structured and low-voltage cabling and cable tray systems .

Install and configure network equipment, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls .

Assist with server installation, configuration, and maintenance .

Perform hardware installation, diagnostics, repair, and testing.

Follow technical drawings, cable routes, and installation plans.

Document completed work and technical issues.

Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical assistance.

Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking.

Understanding of TCP/IP/OSI and basic network concepts.

Basic knowledge of structured cabling and low-voltage systems.

Ability to use basic technical and hand tools.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and perform hands-on installation work.

Good communication skills and responsible attitude.

Driver's license is an advantage.

Will Be an Advantage

Experience with CCTV/IP cameras and NVR systems.

Experience with structured cabling, Cat5e/Cat6, or fiber.

Experience with cable trays and low-voltage installations.

Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, or Wi-Fi systems.

Experience with servers, virtualization, or Windows/Linux.

Experience with PC assembly and repair.

Knowledge of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar equipment.
