Responsibilities and duties

This opportunity represents a strategic role, where the main challenge will be to contribute directly to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions, aligned with the objectives of MWM and Tupy. We are looking for someone ready to act with protagonism, collaborating with different areas and facing technical and operational challenges with a vision for the future.

  • Study and plan activities related to the product, within the possible attributions applicable to the area, such as research tests regarding engine performance, durability, lubricating oil consumption, and component wear.
  • Prepare technical material based on test results performed with the product.
  • Inspect, expertize, evaluate, arbitrate reports, and technical opinions of engines in dynamometer tests or in the field, applicable to the company's area, such as performance tests, durability, and development of new components.
  • Execute specialized activities aimed at product improvement in dynamometer tests (prototype and production phases) and in the field (prototype and production phases).
  • Standardize, measure, and control product quality.
  • Conduct technical meetings with customers and suppliers (internal and external).

Requirements and qualifications

  • Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
  • Active CREA.
  • Experience in the development of internal combustion engine components, Diesel or Otto cycle.
  • Experience in performing performance, cooling, lubricating oil consumption, and failure analysis tests.
  • Experience in dynamometer durability tests.
  • Knowledge of FMEA.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Availability to travel.
