REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in any business related field

1. Good managerial and organizational skills

1. Ability to multitask

1. Disciplined with great dedication

1. Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision

1. At least one year experience working in a microfinance

1. Ability to deliver in portfolio growth

1. Ability to retain customers through good collections tactics
