Vacation Planner / Inbound Sales - Call Center Sales

At Marriott Vacations Worldwide, we are looking for talent passionate about sales and customer service to join the position of Vacation Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting exclusive destinations and selling vacation packages through inbound calls, providing an exceptional experience to our customers.

Your tasks

• Promote Marriott Vacations Worldwide brands and sell vacation packages via telephone.
• Advise customers on available destinations, resorts, services, and experiences.
• Check availability of dates and accommodations, offering alternatives when necessary.
• Drive additional revenue through upgrades and extra nights.
• Clearly explain purchase conditions and participation in vacation presentations.
• Handle objections using sales techniques and an excellent service attitude.
• Escalate requests or incidents to the corresponding area when required.
