Supervisor General Store - Senior

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operation of the store, ensuring compliance with service and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the work team to achieve established objectives.
• Monitor performance indicators (sales, inventory, productivity, and customer service).
• Manage inventories, replenishment, and operational controls.
• Implement actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational incidents and ensure business continuity.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision, coordination, or operational management positions.
• Experience leading work teams.
• Knowledge in inventory control, indicator management, and operational administration.
• Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Results orientation and focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
