Head Waitress

We are looking for an experienced Head Waitress to join our customer service team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and directing a team of waiters, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your leadership and supervision skills will be key to maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in table service.

Your responsibilities will include daily supervision of staff, problem-solving, and managing situations effectively.

You must be able to motivate and guide your team to meet our quality and service expectations.

Additionally, you will be the link between the staff and management, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
