Job Summary Join a specialized roofing contractor as a Roofing Site Coordinator & Safety Supervisor. Coordinate roofing projects on-site and ensure safe operations for our foreign workforce. Full training and sponsorship for safety and trade courses provided. Responsibilities Coordinate daily roofing project activities on-site to ensure timely and efficient progress Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols to protect all workers, especially foreign laborers Communicate clearly with team members and contractors to resolve issues and maintain project flow Support the implementation of safety training and compliance with regulatory standards Assist in scheduling and tracking progress of safety and trade certification courses for workers Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and workforce attendance Preferred competencies and qualifications Willingness to undergo full on-the-job training and sponsored safety and trade courses
