As part of our continued growth in Portugal, we are looking for a Senior Technical Property Manager to join our Office Team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of office assets on behalf of institutional and corporate clients.
- Ensure the operational, technical and financial performance of the properties.
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance and technical service providers.
- Monitor budgets, service charges and operating costs.
- Support refurbishment, CAPEX and improvement projects.
- Liaise with tenants, owners and stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety requirements.
- Support business development initiatives and portfolio transitions
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management or similar.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Property Management, preferably within office assets.
- Strong technical understanding of building systems and operations.
- Experience managing service providers and technical contracts.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
