Project Manager (m/f/d) (Projektleiter/in)

We are experts in rail vehicles, particularly in insulation, bonding, and profile processing. Additionally, we are active in aluminum and steel processing (CNC, welding) and in fire protection solutions.

Over the past few years, our company has continuously developed its structures and, thanks to excellent service and quality orientation and a very good order situation, has been able to increase the number of employees to currently over 170 colleagues.

We are currently looking for the earliest possible date to expand our manufacturing division with a

Project Manager (m/f/d) full-time

Responsibilities:

• You will independently take over the planning, control, and supervision of our customer projects in the field of rail vehicles
• You will coordinate manufacturing steps in production (sheet metal & profile processing, welding components, as well as fixture construction)
• You will coordinate design documents with internal specialist departments, our sister company, and our customers to ensure smooth implementation
• You will determine requirements, schedule raw materials, and manage short-term spare parts orders with tight delivery deadlines
• You will prepare offers and calculations, check orders and contracts, and clarify open points with customers
• You will ensure close cooperation between manufacturing, work preparation, purchasing, quality management, and our customers through active interface management

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you have a completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or a similar field
• Alternatively, you have completed technical or commercial-technical training, for example as an industrial clerk or technical project assistant, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the field of project execution and management
• You already have several years of experience in project management or industrial order processing
• You impress with organizational talent, sales strength, a sense of responsibility, and a confident manner in customer contact
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and combine technical understanding with economic thinking
• You possess negotiation skills and maintain an overview even in time-critical project situations
• You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Navision) is desirable
• You have good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of the Serbian language would also be helpful
