What we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional oriented towards continuous improvement and results, who contributes to the evolution of our processes through analysis, standardization, optimization, and automation, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives and the guidelines of the Integrated Management System.

We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, critical thinking, planning and organization, communication skills, teamwork, leadership and influence, as well as good interpersonal relationships, adaptability, and flexibility in the face of the different needs of the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, document, and standardize operational and administrative processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Develop improvement initiatives using VSM, DMAIC, loss tree, and MPS tools.
  • Develop and analyze KPI, databases, and control dashboards, guaranteeing the reliability of the information.
  • Perform audits and follow-up on processes, projects, and improvement actions.
  • Design automation and digitalization solutions through Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Train and support leaders and teams in continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Support optimization initiatives in production, logistics, purchasing, demand planning, foreign trade, and supply chain.

IMS Responsibilities:

  • Comply with and enforce the requirements associated with the position within the Integrated Management System.
  • Document new procedures, projects, and work standards.
  • Keep documentation of processes and MPS pillars updated, ensuring their availability, traceability, and standardization.

Education and knowledge:

  • Professional in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related careers.
  • Advanced handling of Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of process modeling tools.
  • Intermediate English.

Experience:

Experience in project management, analysis and management of indicators, problem-solving, optimization and standardization of processes, with applied knowledge in continuous improvement, automation, and information analysis.
