Store Supervisor

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join the Commercial and Operations area of the MASP Store.

At MASP, a diverse, inclusive, and plural museum, this position will be responsible for leading and supervising the store operation, ensuring the execution of operational and commercial processes, team development, excellence in customer service, and monitoring performance indicators. This role will contribute to sustainable results and a shopping experience aligned with the values and institutional mission of MASP.

Position: CLT

Workday: 5x2 (shift regime)

Schedule: preferably from 9 am to 6 pm, with 1 hour for lunch

Responsibilities and duties· Supervise the daily operation of the store, ensuring compliance with operational, commercial, and administrative processes, as well as the organization and continuity of activities.

· Lead, guide, and develop the team of leaders and attendants, promoting training, engagement, performance monitoring, and a collaborative environment.

· Monitor store indicators, such as sales, average ticket, conversion, items per transaction, productivity, losses, and NPS, proposing action plans to achieve goals.

· Ensure excellence in customer service, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience aligned with MASP standards.

· Plan and distribute team activities, organizing shifts, priorities, and resources to ensure productivity and adequate coverage of the operation.

· Monitor store opening and closing procedures, cash register operations, payment methods, inventory control, inventories, storage, replenishment, and pricing.

· Ensure correct product display and replenishment, maintaining Visual Merchandising standards and contributing to enhancing the visitor experience.

· Monitor people management routines, including working hours, time tracking, vacations, disciplinary procedures, and guidelines related to occupational safety.

· Identify and solve operational deviations, conflicts, and improvement opportunities, acting preventively and correctively.

· Report results, indicators, and relevant occurrences to the Commercial Management, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements and qualificationsMinimum requirements and skills:Completed Higher Education, preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related areas.Previous experience in retail operations supervision and team leadership.Advanced or fluent English for service and verbal communication with foreign visitors.Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service.Experience with management of performance indicators and preparation of management reports.Knowledge of inventory management, inventories, storage, replenishment, loss prevention, and asset control.Knowledge of cash register operation, payment methods, and store opening and closing processes.Knowledge of Visual Merchandising, product display, pricing, and store layout organization.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel, Google Workspace, ERP systems, POS, and inventory management, preferably TOTVS.Leadership, focus on results, customer orientation, clear communication, planning, decision-making, critical analysis, conflict management, and adaptability.Ethical posture, sense of responsibility, systemic vision, and commitment to diversity, equity, and the institutional values of MASP.Desirable requirements:Courses in Managerial Processes.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGETeam management and people development.Retail indicators: sales, average ticket, conversion, items per transaction, productivity, losses, and NPS.Store operations, cash register, stock, inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention.Visual Merchandising, product display, and pricing.Shift planning and administrative team routines.ERP systems, POS, inventory management, TOTVS, Excel, and Google Workspace.DIFFERENTIALSExperience in cultural institutions, museums, foundations, or third-sector organizations.Knowledge of or affinity with design, culture, and art.Experience serving diverse audiences in high-traffic environments.Additional information· Meal Voucher on Flash card
