An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

Restaurants & Bars

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Manage recruitment and HR-related matters, including job postings on WSG and JobStreet, interview scheduling, application processing, contract negotiations, timesheet verification, payroll accuracy, and leave and public holiday allocations.
Maintain an organized filing system in accordance with established standards and ensure compliance across departments.
Assist with insurance claims, government-mandated surveys, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Liaise with the Finance Department to address HR-related queries and ensure accurate information is provided.
Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Draft and manage professional correspondence, including letters and emails, on behalf of management.
Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion and professionalism.
Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in task forces, committees, and special projects as assigned.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
