Your mission:

Within a production sector, you are the technical referent for a fleet of cutting-edge equipment and contribute directly to the industrial performance of the site.

A true field player, you ensure the availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of your equipment to support the development of our activities.

Your main missions:

• Define and optimize preventive maintenance plans as well as associated documentation
• Perform curative and preventive maintenance interventions on production equipment

• Guarantee the maintenance of performance and availability rates in accordance with production objectives
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement lasting solutions

• Participate in continuous improvement projects and the optimization of the industrial tool
• Contribute to the choice, installation, and integration of new equipment

• Analyze technical data and provide your expertise during investigations in case of non-conformity
• Guarantee the return of equipment to production after intervention

• Ensure the traceability of actions performed in the GMAO and perform handovers
• Actively participate in the improvement of 5S, safety, and the ergonomics of workstations

• Train and support operators or technicians on the activities you master

Your profile:

You hold a BTS Électrotechnique, Maintenance Industrielle, CIRA or equivalent BUT Maintenance or similar training.

You possess strong skills in:

• Électrotechnique
• Mécanique
• Électronique industrielle
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for: Your analytical spirit, your autonomy, your pragmatism, your taste for the field, and your ability to work in a team

Your level of English allows you to communicate with suppliers and technical partners, both in writing and orally.

Job conditions: Position based in Caen (Normandie) Shift work: Night, weekend, or 2x8 Cleanroom environment
