MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN M/F

Within a production sector, you will be responsible for the global maintenance of an equipment fleet, without team management, and you will ensure operational control over this equipment fleet in order to optimize production. Finally, you will participate in the selection and introduction of new equipment.

Your objectives will be to:

• Define preventive maintenance and associated documentation.
• Ensure curative and preventive maintenance on the equipment under your responsibility.
• Ensure an equipment operating rate in accordance with the set objectives.
• Participate in the improvement of the production tool/continuous improvement.
• Guarantee the return of equipment to production after intervention.
• Ensure the handover of instructions between shifts and accurately fill in the GMAO tool.
• Analyze data and provide technical support for studies in case of non-conformity.
• Optimize 5S, safety, and the ergonomics of workstations.
• Train your colleagues or operators on the tasks you have mastered.

Special conditions: Shift work (either fixed Night, or Week End, or 2*8) and in a cleanroom.

With initial training in BTS (Electrotechnique, Mécanique, CIRA) or DUT Maintenance, you have a good background in électrotechnique and are comfortable with mécanique and électronique. You are a man/woman of the field, pragmatic and motivated by technology.

Your level of English must allow you to communicate with equipment suppliers both in writing and orally.
