Your tasks

To support the development of the Caen site, we are looking for a Process Engineer.

As part of the Production team at the Caen site, your main mission will consist of ensuring the engineering and development of manufacturing steps on silicon wafers. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the quality standards, costs, and deadlines established by the company. You will work on manufacturing processes as well as the associated metrology.

Requirements

Your objectives will be to

• Become a technical and technological expert on the process blocks under your responsibility.
• Participate in the installation of new equipment.
• Promote a continuous improvement approach by applying and deploying Lean 6 sigma tools (SPC, MSA, PDCA, 5S, 8D).
• Ensure the compliance of your approach with respect to the quality standards in place.
• Be an actor in improving productivity within your sector, by streamlining production processes at the equipment level, in cooperation with operators.
• Reduce the ecological impact of manufacturing (Water, Gas, Electricity, Silicon, Waste) through a proactive continuous improvement approach.
• Optimize production yields, while guaranteeing product quality in accordance with customer specifications.
• Participate in the implementation of new processes by developing and qualifying new technological or measurement blocks, for which you will conduct the design of experiments (DOE) and associated analyses (SEM / TEM / EDAX ...).
• Participate in problem-solving at the site level or abroad within the Murata group.

Holding an Engineering Degree (INSA, ENSI, ESIR, ENSMM with materials option) with a passion for materials science, you are motivated to work in a field of innovation and high technology.

Ideally, you have acquired initial experience in the semiconductor industry or in the field of MEMS.

You have operational English and the desire to acquire professional experience in an international group. You are rigorous and organized. You are open-minded and know how to evolve within multidisciplinary teams.
