We continue to grow and would therefore like to win you over as an addition to our team. For our location in Nürnberg or via Home Office, we are looking for an EDI Coordinator (m/f/d).

What to expect:

• Analysis, planning, development, and testing of transactions within the team
• Carrying out implementations according to standards and guidelines
• Configuring connections to trading partners, setting up and testing systems
• Documenting customer setups, creating functional/technical specifications if necessary
• Error analysis and correction within the framework of SLAs
• Processing and resolving internal and external customer cases
• System monitoring and coordination of maintenance work

What distinguishes you:

• Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on Information Technology
• Initial professional experience in a related field (EDI/IT helpdesk support)
• Good knowledge of databases and programming languages (SQL and Java)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge of Business Integration Software (Seeburger BIS6 and Mulesoft API)
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented way of working
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
