Rumah Seduh by Munduk Coffee sedang mencari talented Barista untuk bergabung sebagai Cafe Supervisor.

Kami mencari seseorang yang passionate tentang coffee, punya leadership yang baik, dan enjoy bekerja dalam tim.

What you’ll do:

• Lead & manage the cafe team
• Manage daily cafe operations
• Handle stock & inventory
• Manage purchasing & supplier coordination
• Maintain service, product & cafe standards
• Create a positive experience for every guest

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a barista / cafe team leader
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and responsible
• Passionate about coffee & hospitality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
