chef - with restaurant experience

For the opening of a new restaurant in Pataz, providing service to the general public with BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER AND A LA CARTE DISHES, we are looking to fill the position of Chef.

Main functions:

• Preparation of a la carte dishes and daily menu.
• Weekly/monthly control and inventory of supply requirements.
• Supervision of order, cleanliness, and BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations in the kitchen.
• Support in complementary tasks assigned by the administration.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education: Chef Cook: Technician in Gastronomy / Cooking.

Experience:

• Chef Cook: Minimum 2 years in criollo restaurants, cevicherías, or collective food services.

Documentation: Valid Health Certificate for food handling (or immediate availability to process it).

Profile: Proactive, focused on teamwork, and detail-oriented.

Availability: Immediate.
