Customer Service and Logistics Operations Advisor - La Ceiba Atlántida

• Attend to customers in person, by telephone, and via WhatsApp.
• Provide information regarding rates, delivery times, and shipment status.
• Resolve inquiries, claims, and incidents.
• Invoice and collect payments for services rendered.
• Follow up on packages and manage customer requests.
• Receive and register cargo arriving from Estados Unidos.
• Verify weight, dimensions, and conditions of packages.
• Classify and organize merchandise according to its destination.
• Prepare shipments to the different branches.
• Load and unload containers and transport vehicles.

-Requirements-

• Minimum education: Bachillerato / Educación Media
• 1 year of experience
• Languages: Inglés
• Age: between 25 and 40 years
• Knowledge: Compromiso, Comunicación verbal, Honestidad, Integridad, Proactividad, Puntualidad, Responsabilidad, Trabajo en equipo, Microsoft office, Iniciativa, Facilitación del cambio
• Driver's licenses: automóviles / carros
